Refund Policy

Wilson Executive Coaching LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide high-quality coaching services. We understand that circumstances may arise where clients request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Coaching Sessions

Prepaid Sessions: Coaching sessions must be paid in advance. If you cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule without penalty.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

Completed Sessions: Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have already taken place.

2. Packages or Programs

If you purchase a package of multiple coaching sessions and wish to discontinue, refunds for unused sessions may be granted at our discretion.

Any refund will be calculated based on the regular (non-discounted) rate of the completed sessions, plus an administrative fee if applicable.

3. Workshops, Groups, or Events

Refund eligibility for workshops, group coaching, or special events will be stated in the specific event registration materials. Unless otherwise noted, cancellations less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to consider refund requests outside of this policy in exceptional cases (e.g., documented medical or family emergencies). Such refunds are not guaranteed and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
